Your HouseDNA profile and personalization experience

1. Services covered
These Terms of Service cover HouseDNA profiles, personalization, support, and optional messaging provided by Social Agent Marketing Inc. They supplement our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. The availability of a feature is determined by the service shown to you; planned features are not promised as currently available.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
The account experience is intended for adults who can lawfully use it. Use an email address or supported phone number you control. Do not create or manage a profile for another person without authority. Your current address and additional personalization details are optional. Do not submit sensitive identifiers or private information about children in notes.
3. Saving and account access
Photo choices can be saved locally on your browser. Saving with email creates a server profile; opening an existing email profile on another device requires a configured email verification service. Phone sign-in uses a six-digit verification code sent to a supported number you control. A verification text does not enroll you in marketing. Codes expire, request and attempt limits apply, and delivery is not guaranteed. Protect your phone service and never share sign-in codes. A profile key or editable contact phone is not permission to access a profile. Linking a phone to an existing email profile requires verified ownership. If you lose access or your number changes, contact our contact form; we may need to verify ownership before recovery and cannot guarantee recovery without sufficient evidence.
4. Personalization and match explanations
Your choices describe your preferences. Ordinary Likes, stronger favorites and Passes have different informational roles. Preference clarity is separate from a property’s match percentage. A score is a comparison aid, not an appraisal, inspection, guarantee or objective probability that you will like or qualify for a home. Missing information must not be represented as verified evidence. Illustrative sample scores are not live property recommendations.
5. Property, school and commute information
Live property recommendations depend on an authorized listing feed and permitted analysis. Current preview results are either labeled samples or unavailable. School preferences are inputs; school boundaries, admission, enrollment and public/private availability require verification. Commute preferences are not route estimates. Census statistics describe selected areas and periods, not individual properties. Confirm consequential facts directly before making a decision.
6. Communications and requests
Saving a HouseDNA profile does not enroll you in marketing, SMS, sales calls, or agent referrals. You may separately request service texts (such as support responses and appointment confirmations) and/or promotional home-search texts through our text-updates form. Each choice is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of HouseDNA. SMS enrollment requests are held pending carrier approval and number verification; submitting a request does not mean texting is already active. Live listing alerts remain unavailable until an authorized feed and alert service are connected.
HouseDNA SMS program: Once activated for your verified number and selected message types, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact our contact form. Following STOP, you may receive one confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in request and complete any verification. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. You confirm that you control the submitted number and will notify us if it is reassigned. We do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. 7. Your information and controls
You retain your rights in information you provide. You authorize processing needed to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This is not an unrestricted license for unrelated advertising. Profile controls support updates, export, and clearing device data where available. You may request server record deletion or withdraw communications consent through our contact form; identity verification and legally required retention may apply.
8. Fees and third-party services
Home-search profile creation does not itself create a paid subscription. Agent website and CRM packages are separate services. Any purchase must disclose the agreed scope, setup charge, recurring charges, cancellation conditions and applicable third-party costs before you commit. Pricing pages and an inquiry alone do not authorize a charge. Google Places use is also subject to Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Other provider services may have their own terms. Features depending on an unconfigured provider are not represented as active.
9. Service changes and account restrictions
We may maintain, improve or change the service, and restrict unlawful use or attempts to compromise accounts. Restrictions should be proportionate and comply with applicable law. We do not promise indefinite storage or uninterrupted availability. Before materially changing data uses or contractual obligations, we will provide notices and obtain additional agreement or consent where required.
10. Limitations and consumer rights
Use your own judgment and appropriate professional help for a property transaction. To the extent permitted by law, personalization is supplied as available and may contain errors or incomplete information. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
