Connects to your existing website. This plan includes the buyer app, rather than a website or IDX subscription. Saved report reopens and unfinished BuyerDNA experiences do not use the report allowance. CRM access is configured during onboarding. Phone, SMS and email usage charges are separate when used.
Both plans include BuyerDNA, SellerDNA and CouplesDNA, hosting and maintenance, and the usage below. Pay monthly, or prepay a year and save 10% on your subscription. Setup and custom design are separate; the annual discount does not combine with Founding Agent pricing.

$299 one-time setup. New founding agreements receive $249/month for the first 12 months, then $349/month. Includes the Agent template-branding scope, core tools, standard IDX and Agent allowances. Founding pricing is monthly only and cannot be combined with the annual discount. Pro and custom design are separate. Existing signed pricing commitments remain unchanged.
Your plan covers ongoing service. Setup prepares your site and CRM. The optional Custom Design Upgrade adds original design for a one-time fee.

Ongoing service
Agent: $349/month or $3,769.20/year paid upfront. Pro: $499/month or $5,389.20/year paid upfront. Annual billing saves 10% compared with 12 monthly payments and renews yearly unless canceled. Standard setup remains $499 for Agent or $999 for Pro, with no annual discount on setup or custom design. Initial annual payment including standard setup: Agent $4,268.20; Pro $6,388.20, before tax or optional extras. Both include standard IDX for one eligible MLS connection, subject to approval. Agent includes 30 minutes of routine support per month; Pro includes 60 minutes. Unused support does not roll over.
Included usage & additional costs
Both plans include up to 20 new AI kitchen-preview profiles per site per month, with up to eight generated images per profile; 1,000 outgoing emails and 100 email validations monthly; and one standard domain renewal up to $20/year. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional previews, regenerations beyond the allowance, email volume, phone/SMS, premium domains, extra MLS connections and MLS pass-through fees require a written quote and approval before charges. No automatic usage overage billing.

What IDX service is included, and when does it go live?
Agent and Pro include standard iHomefinder IDX service for one agent website and one eligible MLS connection. Activation requires your brokerage/MLS eligibility, licensed access, written permissions and successful configuration. Additional MLS pass-through fees or connections are quoted separately. The public showcase is not a live IDX feed; listing-photo AI is not included unless separately scoped. Kitchen previews are illustrative concepts, not property photos or construction plans.
What is included in Pro’s template customization?
Pro starts with a selected template and includes one customized homepage, up to three section changes and two consolidated design revision rounds before launch. A section change can adjust a layout, content block or call to action. It also includes the inquiry-routing and follow-up workflows agreed in your proposal. Fully original design, extra pages, copywriting and complex integrations are quoted separately. The template collection is still in development; available designs and delivery timing are confirmed before work begins.
How does custom design work if I upgrade or downgrade?
Custom design starts at $1,999 once, added to setup: from $2,498 in setup and design fees with Agent or $2,998 with Pro, plus your selected monthly or annual subscription. These subtotals exclude the first subscription payment. The upgrade includes brand discovery, an original homepage, up to three custom interior pages and two consolidated revision rounds; it replaces template design work without duplicating revisions. Larger scopes require an approved quote.
Monthly plans: cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the next monthly renewal. Annual plans: prepay for 12 months; cancel renewal anytime before the next annual renewal and keep service through the paid year. Downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. There is no refund of unused months solely for an elective annual cancellation or downgrade, subject to applicable law and remedies for defective service.
Email info@housedna.ai before your next renewal to cancel or downgrade; we confirm the effective date in writing. You keep the fully paid custom design while your HouseDNA site remains active. Ongoing tools, support and usage follow the selected plan; annual billing does not increase monthly allowances. Future design work is separate. Completed setup and design fees are not refunded, subject to law; unearned prepaid setup/design work is refunded after documented work and approved nonrecoverable costs. Website transfer and third-party licenses are addressed in your signed agreement.
