HouseDNA / Project journey

A clear path from agreement to launch.

Follow each checkpoint from your agreed scope to launch. Onboarding begins only after all required agreement signatures are complete and the required initial payment is verified. Our signing and payment automations are being configured and tested.

Discover what matters. See what fits.

Know the next step. Keep approval visible.

Agreement sent and agreement signed are separate checkpoints. A draft, viewed document or partial signature does not start onboarding. Your project team provides the secure signing, payment and onboarding links.

01

Confirm the scope

Agree on the selected products, design direction, features, costs, limits, decision-maker and launch responsibilities.

02

Agreement sent

Receive your completed service agreement with your selected plan, monthly or annual billing, setup and design fees, scope and billing dates. Review it through your secure signing link; receiving or viewing it is not acceptance.

03

Agreement signed

Complete your required signature and billing acknowledgment. This checkpoint is complete when all required parties, including HouseDNA where a countersignature is required, have signed. Keep the completed agreement and signature certificate.

04

Initial payment verified

Your required initial payment must succeed for the same approved order. If payment arrives before signing, it waits for agreement completion; if signatures arrive first, onboarding waits for payment. Failed, pending or incomplete items do not start onboarding.

05

Gather your brand

Supply authorized public logos, headshots, business details, approved copy and required brokerage disclosures through the project’s approved collection route.

06

Confirm the connections

Document authorized listing access, domain access, CRM ownership and communication settings. Use delegated access rather than sending passwords.

07

Build and review

Review your branded pages, buyer and explorer paths, seller and couples experiences, reports and mobile presentation.

08

Test the journey

Verify the agreed forms, routing, reply handling, consent, opt-out, booking and client experience. Record remaining issues before sign-off.

09

Approve and launch

You approve the final site before publication. Confirm backup, public URLs, indexing settings, support ownership and rollback plan.

The right materials. The right place.

Prepare what you already have; your project team confirms what is necessary.

Business & brand

Public business name, market, brokerage details, logo, headshot, biography, photography permissions and required disclosures.

Products & workflow

Chosen HouseDNA experience, inquiry owner, team access, existing website/CRM, follow-up needs and success criteria.

Access & data

Authorized provider connections and delegated invitations through the agreed secure route. No credentials or private client lists in ordinary email.

A named project contact. A clear handoff.

Once the completed agreement and required initial payment are both verified, your project team supplies the dedicated onboarding link. An unsigned, declined, expired or voided agreement requires review before setup proceeds. This information page does not itself collect a signature, charge a payment or start onboarding.
