BuyerDNA Agent App

These product terms describe the standalone BuyerDNA Agent App supplied by Social Agent Marketing Inc, doing business as HouseDNA, to the subscribing real estate agent or business.

$99 one-time setup + $99 per month.
Your initial subscription payment is $198 before any applicable tax. Your subscription automatically renews at $99 each month until canceled. There is no minimum multi-month commitment.

What your subscription includes

The app connects to your existing website. A new website, IDX subscription, App Store or Google Play listing, advertising, custom development and guaranteed lead generation are not included. Phone numbers, calls, SMS and email delivery may incur usage charges; any separately billed usage must be disclosed and agreed before activation. No paid additional service is authorized by these terms alone.

Setup and activation

Provide your authorized branding, headshot, business contact details, booking link and existing website address. HouseDNA verifies the subscription, configures your app and CRM, and confirms activation after checking the setup. The setup fee is nonrefundable once branding work begins, except where required by law. Before branding work begins, request cancellation of setup by emailing info@housedna.ai.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal by emailing info@housedna.ai from your billing email, with the subject “Cancel my BuyerDNA Agent App.” HouseDNA will confirm the request and stop future renewals. Access continues through the period already paid. Canceling does not require a phone call or sales appointment.

Completed setup work and the unused portion of a paid monthly period are not refunded, except where required by law. A billing error should be reported promptly so HouseDNA can investigate and correct it. Cancellation does not erase the buyer’s independently retained report or copies already delivered.

Your brand, leads and communications

You retain your rights in the branding and materials you supply and authorize HouseDNA to use them to operate your app. You are responsible for accurate business and brokerage information, appropriate disclosures, and permission to use supplied materials. Your buyers choose whether to share their reports. Completing a BuyerDNA experience or sharing a report does not, by itself, provide consent to marketing texts or campaigns.

Follow-up templates must be personalized and reviewed before sending. Automated customer messages must be separately configured for your identity, valid links, contact permissions and opt-out handling. You are responsible for lawful outreach and honoring opt-outs. CRM access is limited to the access configured for your service; shared administrator credentials are not included.

Buyer information and product limits

HouseDNA handles information as described in its Privacy Policy. Buyer reports and generated home concepts are preference and conversation tools. They are not appraisals, verified listings, floor plans, financing decisions, professional advice or guarantees of a transaction or result. Keep private report links confidential.

Service relies on internet access, compatible browsers and third-party providers. HouseDNA may maintain or update the service and will help address reported faults. If payment fails, HouseDNA may pause new service after reviewing the account; paid-through access and applicable legal rights remain respected. Contact HouseDNA before cancellation if you need help exporting your available CRM contacts.

Other terms and contact

HouseDNA’s Terms of Service and Terms of Use apply to use of the service. For this standalone app, these product terms control the price, included scope, monthly report allowance, setup refund and cancellation terms if other pages describe different website plans. No website plan or longer commitment is purchased with this subscription.
