YOUR HOUSEDNA PROJECT

A clear path from kickoff to launch.

Your brand, your market, and the way you work—brought together in a website and CRM that feel like your business. We’ll guide you through each checkpoint and keep the next step clear.

YOUR DETAILS, IN ONE PLACE

Share your brand. Start your build.

Use the project email you gave HouseDNA. Add your business details, upload your public brand materials, and share your approved website content. You can submit an update later using the same email.

Uploads are attached to your project record in HighLevel. Supply public brand materials only, and make sure you are authorized to use them. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment information, or private client records. We use this information to manage your project; this form does not enroll you in marketing email or texts. A STRONG START

A few essentials. Less back-and-forth.

Gather what you already have. Your project team will confirm what is needed for your agreed scope and arrange the right way to share it.

Your business & brand

  • Main contact and the person who approves the project
  • Business name, brokerage affiliation, service areas, and public contact details
  • Logo, brand colors, headshot, biography, and approved photography
  • Required brokerage disclosures and permission to use supplied content

Your website & workflow

  • Current website, domain provider, and tools you want to keep
  • MLS membership and existing IDX provider, if applicable
  • Who receives new leads and how your team follows up
  • Calendar, business hours, priority features, and launch goals

We’ll arrange delegated access and any authorized migration separately. Please don’t email passwords, payment information, or private client lists.

YOUR PROJECT ROADMAP

Know what happens next.

Each checkpoint has a clear outcome. Timing is confirmed after the scope, materials, and outside approvals are understood.

01 · Agree the plan

We confirm the package, scope, setup and monthly costs, usage charges, renewal terms, decision-maker, and project priorities.

Checkpoint: You approve a written scope before the build begins.

02 · Kick off & collect

We review your market, brand, content, domain, existing tools, lead ownership, and success goals.

Checkpoint: You know what to provide, who owns each item, and how to share it.

03 · Connect your business

We prepare your dedicated HighLevel subaccount, approved domain access, calendar, email configuration, and listing-feed arrangements.

Checkpoint: Access and data permissions are documented before the relevant features are enabled.

04 · Build your experience

We configure the agreed website, buyer questionnaire, profile journey, CRM pipeline, lead routing, and follow-ups.

Checkpoint: You receive a preview for review before your site is launched.

05 · Review & refine

You review the desktop and mobile experience. We collect your feedback in one agreed revision list and track what is complete.

Checkpoint: The design, content, and agreed changes are approved.

06 · Test & train

We test forms, lead routing, email delivery, reply handling, consent, unsubscribe rules, and booking. We walk you through your tools.

Checkpoint: You can use the system and the launch checklist records the results.

07 · Approve & launch

We confirm required disclosures, authorized data, final links, analytics choices, backup, and launch approval.

Checkpoint: The approved site goes live with a rollback plan and a named support contact.

08 · Settle in & improve

We confirm account access and support, review early lead handling, and identify any agreed improvements.

Checkpoint: You know how to get help and what your ongoing service includes.

Your data. Your business.

Your dedicated CRM subaccount keeps your buyer relationships separate from HouseDNA’s agent-sales process. Lead ownership, team access, retention, and any migration are confirmed for your project.

Listing features need approval.

MLS access, listing photos, AI image analysis, and derived property features depend on your provider’s written permissions and the agreed plan. A preview does not mean live listing access is active.

One clear next step.
